These terms apply to your use of pagemate.com.au and to the services provided by Pagemate ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging us, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We design, build, and support websites for trades businesses across regional New South Wales. What's included in your project is set out in the quote or proposal we agree with you.

Quotes and engagement

We provide pricing on enquiry, tailored to your business and needs. A quote or proposal we send you, once accepted, forms the agreement for that work. There are no lock-in contracts — ownership and any ongoing hosting or support arrangements are set out in your proposal.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and timely feedback so we can deliver on time.
• You are responsible for the content and claims you ask us to publish, and you confirm you have the right to use any materials (text, images, logos) you supply.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. Work may begin once any agreed deposit is received.

Revisions and scope

Your project includes an agreed number of revision rounds. Work outside the agreed scope can be quoted and carried out separately.

Third-party services

Your website may use third-party services (such as hosting, forms, and booking tools). Those services are subject to their own terms, and we aren't responsible for their availability or conduct.

Cancellation

Either of us may end an engagement in line with the terms set out in your proposal. Fees for work already completed remain payable.

Warranties and liability

We take real care with our work. To the extent permitted by law, our services and website are provided "as is". Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, it is limited to re-supplying the relevant service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated shown above.
